Gossamer Winds was established in 2005 with the intention of making great music accessible to all audiences and helping the greater Denver community.

Gossamer Winds features Amanda Rusten, flute; Jaime Askvig, clarinet; Katie Smith, oboe; John Richardson, bassoon and Kelli Hirsch, horn.

Focusing on a wide range of the classical and Latin repertoire, they also boraden music expectations of the tranditional wind ensemble to include other styles.

Gossamer Winds has performed around the Denver area and has partnered with such local non-profits as:
