Wes Sansom, clarinet, studied music performance at San
Diego State University, under the instruction of Marian Liebowitz. Wes
performed with the San Diego State Symphony Orchestra as co-principal, and
principal clarinet of the San Diego Youth Symphony. Since moving to
Colorado, Wes has played principal with the Mostly Strauss Orchestra and the
Musica Sacra Chamber Orchestra. During his tenure with the Musica Sacra
Chamber Orchestra, Wes had the privilege of performing Mozart's Clarinet Concerto
for the opening of the orchestra's premier season. He is currently the
principal clarinetist with the Lone Tree Symphony Orchestra. Wes has
toured Italy, Austria, Hungary, Scotland and Germany, and Austria,
Czechoslovakia, and Hungary with the San Diego Youth Symphony.
